IAEGO Agric. Venture Limited is a subsidiary of IAEGO Ventures limited [RC. 13100] which is a limited liability company incorporated in 1991 under Nigerian law. Its corporate head office is at No. 1 Duke N’ Gold Off Nawfia Street Independence Layout Enugu. IAEGO has as its shareholders agronomists and economists with experience in the development of agro-industrial ventures in the Africa.
IAEGO holds the Ojoroko (Nara) farm land (15,000 hectares), the Abaki Ohani (Owo) Farm land (2,000 hectares), the Ameke Nachi (Udi) farm land (500 hectares), Ibete Olo Ezeagu (Udi) LGA (2300 hectares), and Oji River farm land (2,800 hectares) in Enugu State. New prospects have been identified in Ebonyi, Anambra state and some other places in Nigeria.
IAEGO today consists of:
Rice farm of 23,628 hectares of which 2,684 are mature
Rice mill with a capacity of 10 tonnes per/day
IAEGO are renowned consultants specialized in agricultural practices and a fully-integrated agro-industrial establishment with rice production farm, rice mill and other food crops and animal products agro-allied value chains. It is a joint venture initiative that fosters partnerships between local farmers, investors, donor agencies, economic development organizations and governments (local/foreign) to promote global growth in Agriculture through coordination of local farmers participation and local/foreign investments, and to maximize the array of agricultural opportunities abundant in Enugu state, Nigeria across border and beyond. It is the first of its kind in West Africa.

BRIEF HISTORY
Since 1991, the company’s operations are fully integrated with rice production and other crops, tubbers, vegetables, livestock, and rice mill. IAEGO is a fully integrated operation in Nigeria.
