Accordingly, in 2023, IAEGO attended the Big Iron Farm Show organized by the North Dakota Trade Office (NDTO: - https://ndto.com) with other partners. IAEGO attended as an international visitor. The Vice Chairman/Director of IAEGO, Her Royal Highness, Barr. Dr. Adaobi Ogbu, (The Kpakpando of Nara Unateze Kingdom) represented IAEGO at the NDTO agriculture trade fair event in United States of America. Through the assistance of Mr. Drew Combs (NDTO, Chairman) IAEGO made connections with the Co-Founder and President of Praxis Africa Limited, Delore Zimmerman Ph.D. Dr. Zimmerman visited Enugu State, Nigeria in December, 2023, to concretize the partnership arrangement. Both the Chairman/Managing Director of IAEGO, His Royal Majesty, Igwe Ifeanyi Ogbu E. A (The Eze Odenigbo II of Nara Unateze Kingdom), and the Vice Chairman (mentioned above) welcomed Dr. Zimmerman on behalf of Praxis Africa Limited to Enugu State, Nigeria. Consequently, IAEGO Agric. Ventures Ltd. is the affiliate of Praxis Africa in Nigeria.
Furthermore, IAEGO guarantees bonus scheme implementation based on 1 share for 1 share held, while dividend pay out to shareholders shall be consistent.

Enugu State Graduate Farmers’ MPCS Limited is a cooperative society registered in Nigeria under Cooperatives societies Decree No. 90 of 1990 and whose office situate at No. 45 Okpara Avenue, Enugu, Enugu State. ESGF is a pool of organized farmers specialized in different agro-production. ESGF are arranged into cooperatives with over 300 registered farmers. Chief Ifeanacho Patrick Mbah is the president of ESGF and a staff of IAEGO. ESGF has a seed company known as James Patty Seed Company (JASPC) with the responsibility to produce quality seedlings for farmers. JAPSC is licensed by the Seed Council of Nigeria to operate.
